How do I book a party/ How can I pay you?
You may fill out the request form on the Contact Page and we will email you back to discuss the details or you may also call us at
210-322-3868. A non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking to hold your party date ($100 for 2 hour parties, $85 for 1 hour and 30 minute parties, $75 for 1 hour parties, $65 for 40 minute parties, and $55 for a 30 minute meet and greet,). We accept cash, checks, money orders, paypal or credit card. This deposit will go towards the cost of your party. Your remaining balance can be paid in cash, cashiers check or money order the day of the party.
What if I need to cancel or postpone my party?
If you have to postpone due to unforeseen circumstances within 2 weeks of the party, we will work with you to reschedule your party to another day. You will be responsible to pay for any items bought for the party that are perishable and will have to be bought again for the next party. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit will not be refunded. As the hostess, you will need to notify your guests as to the cancellation.
What if there is bad weather or illness?
In case of bad weather or illness Royal Tea Princess Parties reserves the right to reschedule your party. If the guest of honor becomes ill we will gladly work with you to choose an alternative date for your party (based on availability).
When do you need the final RSVP count?
We will need your final RSVP’s no later than 5 days prior to the party. You may email it to us. With this total we will determine your remaining balance. The number you give us is what we will use to prepare for the party. Royal Tea Princess Parties will then determine the appropriate quantities of costumes, favors, food, and the advance cost of preparing for your party. If an additional child shows up that was not part of the headcount, we will do our best to include them but cannot guarantee that they will receive party favors, food etc.
When is final payment due?
You will be required to pay in full by check (5 days prior to the party), or cash/money order the day of party/occasion. Please keep in mind that our employees work very hard to make the parties a very Magical and Memorable experience. A lot of time goes into preparing, setting up and cleaning them up.
What should the children wear?
The children should wear whatever they are comfortable with.For parties with dress up packages, the children do not get undressed if they so wish. Our costumes must be worn over a leotard or bathing suit. Therefore, we kindly request that your guests wear either a leotard or bathing suit. If you have boys attending your party they may wear a plain white shirt or their original clothing.
What should be done for a child that has food allergies?
It will be your responsibility to check for food allergies and to inform us of any concerns. If a guest should have severe allergies that we are unable to accommodate then either you or the child’s parent should provide alternate refreshments for that child.
What happens if guests arrive late?
We have a pre-determined schedule so we are unable to wait for guests that arrive late. They may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to when arriving.
Are parents invited to stay for the party?
Yes of course. This is a high energy party with ex: make-up, dress-up, photo taking, eating, and lots of movement. We request that adults wait in area that is non-interfering for the party. Keeping the noise level down is also important so the party guests can hear and follow directions of the Party Hostess
Parking for the Party Director
Please leave some space for us to park near an entrance where we will not be blocked in. We would appreciate easy access, as we have a lot of heavy items to carry into your party.
Travel fees apply outside a 15 mile radius.
If any part of the party will be upstairs, i.e. dress up, entertainment, etc., there will be a $25 additional charge to go upstairs. We have a lot of heavy tubs, backdrops, props that make it very difficult to carry them up and down the stairs.
For in-home parties: Customer agrees to provide a standard 20 amp electrical outlet for music, tables and chairs for the guests (available to rent) , use of kitchen facilities and space for costume changes and Coronation Ceremony. Also, to provide a smoke-free environment, gathering place for adults and to remain with/near the party at all times.
Photos/ Rights to Photos
We encourage you and your guests to take as many photos as possible. Royal Tea Princess Parties reserves the right to photograph events we design and/or use photos taken at your event in any or all promotional media, controlled by Royal Tea Princess Parties. As a customer of Royal Tea Princess Parties, you agree that you will make no monetary or other such claim against Royal Tea Princess Parties for the use of any photograph taken of your child (or children), your home/event location, and your guests. (Please inform guests of this during the party. Should you or they have any concerns or wish to have images not used, please send your request to or tell us before/during/after the party in person.
Customer agrees to hold and keep Royal Tea Princess Parties, its agents and employees from any and all property damages and/or bodily injury damage caused by the customer’s guests, or other persons attending party. Customer agrees to not hold Royal Tea Princess Parties responsible for inclement weather or other acts of God that may cause the cancellation of the party. Should something of this nature cause the cancellation of the party, Royal Tea Princess Parties shall apply any remaining monies due to another party date and location that is mutually agreeable to both parties. In the event of damage or loss of Royal Tea Princess Parties’ inventory and or damage or loss at the Party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely with the contracted client. You, as the Client, also assume all liability and responsibility for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes or any activity taken place before, during or after the party. An additional 15% gratuity is greatly appreciated with party packages.
